Mark Sheridan 1917 Gossip News Reviews etc. from The Era The Era October 10, 1917 Mark Sheridan and the Wounded On Thursday, at the Sheffield Third Northern General Hospital, Mr. Mark Sheridan was a great favourite with the wounded soldiers. Mark appeared with other artistes from the Empire and Hippodrome, and they presented a most enjoyable vaudeville entertainment. Those accompanying mark Sheridan were Flora Cromer, Mlle. Olga Morseili( ? ) , Mlle. Helen Pierard, Jose de Moroes , Jack Edwin, Miss Jennie Latonne, and Zomah. The Era October 17, 1917 Variety Gossip “ One of the B’hoys “ as Napoleon. Mr. Mark Sheridan , the always bright and breezy comedian, has, I hear, a new number in active preparation, entitled “ A Night in Gay Paree”; or a “ Royal Discourse, “ written and composed by Fred, Will Wise, and James Bennett. Mr. Sheridan having taken into partnership Mr. T.F. Dunn, scenic artist to Messrs. Howard and Wyndhams for many years, it is their intention to produce pantomimes on a big scale. |
